Spring Convocation Lunch - Department of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering

Convocation is an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of our newest alumni. In honour of this special occasion, the Department will host a complimentary lunch for graduates and their guests prior to the ceremony. Graduates may bring a maximum of 2 guests each.

The ceremony commences at 2:30 p.m., graduates should ensure they arrive at University College 90 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to pick up gowns and hoods, and to receive instructions regarding the student procession. Families are welcome to remain at The Faculty Club until they head to the convocation ceremony.

Traditional Land Acknowledgement

We wish to acknowledge this land on which the University of Toronto operates. For thousands of years it has been the traditional land of the Huron-Wendat, the Seneca, and the Mississaugas of the Credit. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land.
