Congratulations to all MIE graduands!
Convocation is an opportunity to celebrate the achievements you have accomplished during your time at MIE. In honour of this special occasion and after your ceremony, the Department of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering invites you and two guests to join us at a post-Convocation reception and MIE awards ceremony.
Beginning at noon, we invite guests and graduads to join us on the patio of the Faculty Club to celebrate and connect with family, classmates, faculty and staff. At 1:00pm, guests and graduads are invited into the Wedgewood Dining Room for our MIE awards ceremony to honour our graduads accomplishments.
Food and beverage will be served throughout.
Graduands may bring a maximum of 2 guests each. Faculty and staff are kindly requested to register only for themselves.
Convocation commences at 10:00 a.m. on June 17, 2025, graduands should ensure they arrive at the Myhal Centre 90 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to pick up gowns and hoods, and to receive instructions regarding the student procession.
RSVP by 12:00 pm on Friday, June 13th.
