A portion of the OGS application can be prepared online, but a complete paper application must be submitted to the MIE Graduate Office. Follow these instructions to submit an OGS application:

  1. Register and submit your OGS application online, as per the step-by-step application instructions.
  2. Request two Academic Assessment Reports, to be returned to you in a sealed envelope, or delivered to the Graduate Office, by October 19.
  3. Order official transcripts from North American institutions (including the University of Toronto). If you're applying to both NSERC and OGS, only order one set.
  4. Review the list of required documents. Print your entire online application, complete the other required documents, and then deliver everything (including references and transcripts) to the MIE Graduate Office by October 19.
