Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT)

Engineers have a distinct and important role to play in society. Fulfilling this role doesn’t just require technical expertise. It takes leadership!

Through the Leaders of Tomorrow program, we are educating engineers who will seek out leadership roles throughout their lives and make exemplary contributions at local, national and global levels. We want to provide students in the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering with skills that equip them to be successful industry leaders and outstanding citizens.

We promote student leadership through co-curricular and extra-curricular workshops, retreats, community engagement and reflection sessions. By participating in the Leaders of Tomorrow program, you will increase your self-awareness, your understanding and appreciation of others, and acquire the leadership skills needed for the 21st century.
