News and Events

Last year program (2011)

The Symposium was consist of 3 Technical Sessions and a Keynote Presentation. In the technical sessions, MIE graduate students selected by an anonymous peer-review process gave 12-minute talks on their current research, followed by a short period for questions from the audience.

The planning of the event was intended to increase awareness of the research activities conducted by MIE faculty and students, thus facilitating the identification of new collaborations, partnerships and joint research opportunities. It also provided a great environment for networking.
