Numerical Simulations

We have developed several computer codes for simulation of a wide variety of fluid flows, heat transfer and phase change. These codes are based on a robust, free surface flow modeling technique, referred to as Volume of Fluid (VOF) technique. The following codes have been developed by our group:

FLAIR (Flux Line-segment  for Advection and Interface Reconstruction).

HFM (Height Flux Method).

SFM (Spine Flux Method).

FEM-VOF which combines Finite Element Method with Volume of Fluid Method.

CLEAR-VOF which is free surface code for unstructured grid.
