elcome to the Human Factors Interest Group (HFIG), affiliated with the Human Factors Laboratories in the Department of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering at the University of Toronto. HFIG is a student chapter of Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES). HFIG members consist of students and faculty members that are affiliated with the University of Toronto and local professional who are interested in the field of Human Factors. Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, the membership in HFIG is free.

True to the multi-disciplinary nature of Human Factors, this year we have gathered an exceptional executive team that represents not only all three laboratories in the Human Factors program, but also members from the Psychology department - ensuring a diversified and interesting year of events. We invite you all to join us in our crusade for a user-friendly world!
