Lockers

We understand that finding space to store you design projects while working on them can prove challenging, particularly for students living in residences or those commuting. That is why the Undergraduate Design Facilities (UDF) have made 191 lockers available to students working on design projects.

The basement hallway of the Mining building holds 72 of these lockers, with the remaining 119 located within the Undergraduate Design Studio (UDS) in MB123.

The lockers range in size from full height to small cubby holes.

The lockers are available free of charge to students working on a design projects as part of their undergraduate program. For a $10 fully refundable deposit you may use a UDF combination lock. These locks have a resettable combination that you can key to whatever combination you desire.

There are limited quantities of lockers so they are allocated on a first come first served basis. If your design project is only active for part of the term you may be asked to vacate the locker to make room for other students with active projects. If you are part of a design team then only one locker will be allocated per design team. These lockers are for storing your design project and project related materials, not your gym clothes...

To acquire a locker contact the UDF Supervisor. You will be asked the course and project with which you are involved.
