"Earning my BASc from U of T has been an amazing experience. From the students and professors that I've met to the courses and projects that I've worked on. During my fourth-year thesis, I had the opportunity to work on exciting research, applying operations research techniques to prevent the spread of pandemic diseases. In my capstone design project, we helped a large financial institution implement the up-and-coming field of behavioural economics when planning their products. My degree has helped me improve my technical and communication skills and particularly helped me improve my writing skills. All of which, have helped me get accepted to the Harvard Business School (HBS) 2+2 program.

For the next two years, before heading to HBS, I will be working at NexJ Systems: a leading provider of enterprise, private-cloud software, delivering customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for the financial services, insurance and healthcare industries. In 2011 NexJ was ranked fourth on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50. The job directly requires the knowledge I gained from industrial engineering courses. A U of T degree has been an invaluable experience for me."
