Dr. Christopher F. M. Twigge-Molecey received his undergraduate BA in Mechanical Sciences from the University of Cambridge, UK. He completed his MASc and PhD in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Toronto.

Dr. Twigge-Molecey, a designated Consulting Engineering with the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), has been a project principal on a wide range of metallurgical plant projects. Dr. Twigge-Molecey has more than 35 years experience including: implementation of technology development programs, management of R&D programs, scale-up to full scale, design and commissioning of full scale plant. He has extensive international experience in establishing new markets for Engineering and project management services and the international infrastructure and support alliances.

Dr. Twigge-Molecey is a Fellow of The Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, and is the Institute's past president (2010-2011). His service has included Director, Canada-China business Council; Director, Canadian Mining Innovation Council; Canadian Government Clean Mining Initiative advisory board; Seneca College International Business Program advisory board. He has also provided support to research advisory boards at the University of Toronto, McGill University, University of British Columbia and McMaster University.

Dr. Twigge-Molecey is also an author and presenter of over 40 publications and/or plenary lectures. He holds four patents and has edited four books. He is a recipient of the Mineral Economics Award, American Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum Engineers and the Silver Medal, The Metallurgical Society of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum.
